The team

At ScreenOnDemand, more than 60 people work across seven locations in Europe: media, creative and tech in one interdisciplinary team, on the same campaign, without silos. We keep the groups small, the paths short and the hierarchies flat: plenty of fun in the team and an easy-going togetherness aren't a buzzword here, they're everyday work.

  • You design layouts for innovative ad formats that inspire
  • You work closely within the creative team on innovative campaigns
  • You work on a wide range of projects for well-known brands and have free creative rein
What you bring
  • A degree in graphic design, training as a media designer or a similar qualification
  • Good skills in the usual design tools such as Photoshop, XD and Illustrator
  • A good feel for design trends and current digital developments
  • An interest in planning, building and expanding innovative digital ad formats
  • Ownership, teamwork, self-organisation and high commitment
  • Initial professional experience in online marketing is an advantage but not a requirement
